Entouraaj Takeover Models Outdoor

Entouraaj take Duchamp London by storm

Deep in the heart of Westfield Shepherd’s Bush last week, was a plethora of fashionistas, dressed to the nines and ready to shop, in celebration of Entouraaj’s first ‘takeover event’ in collaboration with luxury menswear brand, Duchamp London.

The walls were perfectly lined with sharp suits, crisp shirts and menswear accessories of every kind, ranging from brightly coloured pocket squares, to form-fitting socks – Duchamp London was the perfect host for Entouraaj’s premiere event.

Proudly flying the flag for men’s fashion, with a covetable collection of luxury menswear items, the store is indubitably a haven for fashion lovers. The room was overflowing with both guests and excitement. In attendance were some of the hottest style icons in British Asian fashion, including model Zaf Shabir and rapper RKZ. With only 50 exclusive invites, the store buzzed with lucky readers eager to preview of Duchamp London’s autumn/winter 2015 collection.

Brimming with stylish elegance, Duchamp London received the Entouraaj treatment, allowing some of our best dressed, and most dedicated readers free reign of the store for an entire evening. The Entouraaj Takeover emptied the store’s window of its usual mannequins and instead replaced them with five of our most stylish readers. Dressed in and by Duchamp London, the five lucky gents became real life models for the day.

The real life mannequins were dressed in five of Duchamp London’s signature spring/summer 2015 collection looks. They sported tailored jackets, ranging from a stunning teal, to a contemporary check design, paired with fitted, straight leg trousers and complementary accessories.

After a brief introduction from Entouraaj’s very own founder and editor, Gary Singh, the eager crowd were introduced to Duchamp London’s creative director, Gianni Colarossi, who gave readers an exclusive insight into next season’s trends and led a discussion about the brand’s trademark style.

Next up was an animated presentation by menswear stylist Saran Kohli, who discussed a range of looks, exclusively created to cater for the lifestyles of our stylish Asian audience. The edifying speech highlighted the versatility of each unique blazer/shirt combination and taught eager listeners how to emulate Duchamp London’s effortless style.

The denouement and perhaps the most exciting part of the evening, came in the form of a private shopping experience for those who covet Duchamp London’s flawless collection. The room was packed with men who looked as though they’d just stepped off the runway at Paris Fashion Week and walked straight into the Westfield store.

Quirky colours, sharp suits and extensive, yet perfectly coiffed facial hair was the order of the evening as readers and industry-people came together for a one-of-a-kind shopping experience. The excitement was palpable and the fashion, tangible.

Closer to the end of the evening, with attendees clutching bags of their freshly-bought wares and Duchamp London gift bags (which included a pocket square, lapel pin and exclusive Entouraaj discount code for their next shop!), there was still a stream of curious onlookers, peering into the shop for a better look at some of London’s best dressed men.

Celebrating the ever-evolving world of men’s fashion, the event was an outright success. And for the typical Entouraaj gentleman, who is contemporary yet classic, sophisticated but daring, Duchamp London was the perfect setting.

Duchamp London are kindly offering our readers a 15% discount off everything online using the code ENTOURAAJ15. This offer is valid only until midnight on 14th May 2015.
