Pyscho Bunny AW16 Collection
The men’s clothing company based in New York, founded in 2005 by Robert Godley and Robert Goldman. Handmade from English silk, their first collection of neckties introduced the signature long-eared, cross bone-clad icon to the world. Inspired by the 17th-century non-conformist maritime marauders and secret societies like the infamous Skull and crossbones, Godley sketched a logo on a napkin. “When I showed that tie to a buyer, she said, ‘Look at the psycho bunny!'” Godley says. “The name stuck.”
Psycho Bunny “uses English silks made in a 270-year-old mill that are then sewn by hand in Mr. Goldman’s family-owned third-generation tie workshop in Belleville New Jersey. The collection has grown to include polo shirts, swim trunks and socks. Since the initial launch of the Psycho Bunny neckwear collection, the brand has expanded into multiple categories including polo shirts, cashmere scarves and socks, and other men’s apparel items.
The brand believes in leading with quality, Psycho Bunny’s signature polo shirt is made of premium 100% Pima cotton, with signature side vents that ensure a crisp, neat and athletic fit. Additional luxe details include the mother-of-pearl buttons and intricately embroidered logos. The extra comfy sweaters are perfect for an easy, casual urban style this Autum/ Winter.
Robert Godley, was previously a Creative Director of Ralph Lauren, so he knows his stuff when it comes to design! In 2005, Godley followed his dream and produced his own line of creative concepts and fashion designs – Psycho Bunny was born. With a loyal following across the globe, from New York to Tokyo – now it’s the United Kingdom’s moment to champion the daring.
